Not very large, but nice house in a good village / little town.
The house is in good condition. In recent years, the electricity and water pipes have been replaced, plastic doors have been installed, the bathroom has been modernized and central heating has been installed.
You enter the house in the hall and there are the bathroom and the (separate) toilet. To the right of the hall is the bedroom and to the left the living room. From the living room you enter the kitchen. You can also enter the kitchen from outside.

The village of Mágocs has more than 2,600 inhabitants and here you can not only do your daily shopping, but there is also a kindergarten, primary school, a doctor's office, a dentist, various restaurants and it is fun shopping in the small shops. For better shopping you can always go to Dombóvár (7 km), Kaposvár (40 km) or even to the beautiful city of Pécs (45 km).
For water fun you can go to the lakes of Orfü (40 km) and even to Balaton is easy doable. You can be in Siófok in an hour. For thermal baths you can go to Dombóvár, but also to Magyarhertelend.
