Buying property in Spain

Anthony Foster is just the person to lead you through the maze. He has lived and worked in Spain in property since 1981,helping thousands to buy with minimum fuss and cost. This 10th edition of his popular guide, first published in 1994,provides unrivalled detail as he draws on up-to-date examples from his own experience to reveal what all the paper work and extras - property taxes, electricity and water, wills, mortgages etc - will likely cost.

This book really is a must have for anyone buying or thinking of buying property in Spain. The book is well written and easy to read making sense of some of the more confusing issues. The author clearly has been in the business for a long time and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to tap into. Very well done.

Moving to and living in Spain

The author asks questions, some that you wouldn't think of, but will sooner or later and answers them honestly using his experience from living on the Costa Blanca. I also enjoyed some of his anecdotes about life in Spain and some of its characters. There are also some articles he had wrote for magazines and newspapers on the subject of living in Spain. I recommend a read if you are interested in other countries or moving to Spain.

Working in Spain

Living and Working in Spain is essential reading for anyone planning to live or work in Spain and is the most up-to-date source of practical information available about everyday life. It's guaranteed to hasten your introduction to the Spanish way of life, and, most importantly, will save you time trouble and money. The best-selling and most comprehensive book about Living and Working in Spain since it was first published in 1995, containing up to twice as much information as similar books.
