The 3.000m² garden is located around the houses, with the ornamental garden partly raised; the rest is grassland. The garden borders a stream. The houses have a stone terrace that offers a view of the opposite hill with the Morvan in the far distance, where in the evening you can see the lights of the Château Chinon, 30 km away. The area is ideal for long walking and/or cycling trips, with a recreational lake not far from the house. All in all, you will find two nice homes here that you can move into immediately and if you want to continue renting out the gîte, there is also a place to sleep for friends.
