The Orange house was built about 100 years ago, and remodeled just few
years ago:
all the walls are made by river stones. The property has 80 square meters
of internal useful surface plus 10 square meters of panoramic terrace. The
house is located on the Isca main street and in few steps you can reach all
the places of the town.
You can also park the car in front of the property.
The house is developed on three floor: at the first one (the ground floor)
there
is a living and a studio room, and there is also the main bathroom with
sink, shower, bidet and wc.
On the second floor, there is a big bedroom, where you can place a king
size bed, and two twins.
There is also a nice balcony that sees a narrow street and the mountains view.
On the third floor, there is the living-room, and the kitchen.
On the living room, there is the terrace where, during the sunny days,
you can eat outside and enjoy the landscape. 
Isca sullo Jonio is located between the Ionian Sea and the Serre Mountains
in Calabria, the toe of Italy’s boot. The town is located on a hill 240
meters above sea level. The origins of Isca, like those of many other
Calabrian villages, are lost in the legend and are still mysterious because
no documents about its foundation have ever been found. Its origin is Greek
and was founded, for the first time, in a place called Sanagasi, at a short
distance to the sea. This place was abandoned because of Saracen raids and
replaced by the present one on the Vallescura torrent, which is more hidden
and was less subject to pirate attacks. The village rests on a sandy hill,
surrounded by east facing mountains allowing you to see the Ionian Sea. It
is rich in springs, and its climate boasts warm summers, and mildly cold
winters. The lower part is cultivated with olive-trees, mulberry-trees,
fig-trees and vines. The upper part has chestnut-trees, oak-trees,
holm-oaks and beeches. There are also many granite caves.
