the apartment effectively becomes a hotel room in the resort. A hotel quality furniture package
is required for entry into the scheme at a cost of €22,500 for a 2 bed apartment.
Owners receive a net monthly income of €500. It is possible for owners to stay in their
apartment, with a deduction of €125 per week of stay. A 3 month notice period is required. -

The current concepts include a fully fitted Hotel Reception and Lobby, 3-4 Restaurants, 3-4 Bars, a Beach Club with Beach concessions to include Diving Centre, Windsurfing Centre and Kitesurfing Centre as well as a Supermarket, Spa and Retail Shops all to be constructed on the Central Beach front Site that together with the completed properties will allow Paradise Beach to fully operate as a Resort Hotel.
