Owners receive a net monthly income of €500. It is possible for owners to stay in their
apartment, with a deduction of €125 per week of stay. A 3 month notice period is required. -  
Paradise Beach incorporates a Facilities Centre concept which has all of the facilities that
would be expected from a large Hotel, however without the accommodation/bedroom element.
The current concepts include a fully fitted Hotel Reception and Lobby, 3-4 Restaurants, 3-4
Bars, a Beach Club with Beach concessions to include Diving Centre, Windsurfing Centre and
Kitesurfing Centre as well as a Supermarket, Spa and Retail Shops all to be constructed on the
Central Beach front Site that together with the completed properties will allow Paradise Beach
to fully operate as a Resort Hotel.
