The chalet has a parking space for one car within its designated plot, but there is plenty more space for parking next to the house. A side passage leads to the front terrace, with wide views overlooking the countryside and below, to one side, the communal pool. The chalet faces North West on one side and South East on the other and so has plenty of sunshine. On the wooden terrace, half the area has a structure with awnings that can be pulled forward or back, depending on the time of year and whether one needs sun or shade. This area is ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing and general living. The door from the terrace leads inside, into an open plan area, with a fully fitted kitchen to the left, with a dining table, and a comfortable living room to the right. To the rear, a distribution area leads to the two bedrooms, to left and right, both with fitted wardrobes, and a comfortable bathroom between the two.
