The Chalet is situated in the Natural Reservation named Poiana Craiului, surrounded by impressive heights and valleys, next to a beautiful natural cave Dambovicioara and not too far from Dracula Castle in Bran. It has a perfect position between the forest and the spring that offers you the unique opportunity that neither the neighbor nor a foreign tourist group can disturb you and your family. The Chalet will be sold fully furnished and equipped, decorated with a lot of original hunting trophies! As standard equipment it has a dining/living- room and a bedroom (with beautiful hand made sculpted furniture),a kitchen (with cooking/baking facilities!)hot and cold water shower, toilet. The lay out of the Chalet with royal size of the living room, the big bedroom, allow the perfect reception of 4 people. The network water is not only suitable for human consumption but it has all the qualities of a pure mineral water! (Officially tested!) The premises of the Chalet can be heated separately, if necessary! When choosing your next house in the Romanian Mountains, a very important criterion is the possibility of providing warmth continuously! The Chalets can be heated with a royal wood burning fireplace covered in beautiful river stones or with infrared ceramic heaters. When is necessary and desired, we can provide for our potential clients, car with driver from Bucharest Airport to the Chalet and back.
