Welcome to your Tiny House in the heart of Germany!
Who you are:
You are familiar with the movement or even part of it. You are simply
aiming for a greater quality of life with less stuff by downsizing your
living space and upgrading by reducing? Perhaps you are on the search for a
holiday home, a little hiding place for family and friends abroad. Perhaps
you are even considering to move to Germany altogether? To whatever group
of people you belong to, with a little effort, this little property has
definitely something in store for you.

terrace.

If you are interested in the property or wish to visit it, feel free to
contact me. I will gladly answer any questions you might have. A viewing of
the property is possible starting from October 2015.
The property lies at the edge of a forest, rather remote from the nearby
village. There are houses on the other side of the small road that leads
further to the forest but they are blocked by trees. The pictures are
rather old. Actually, there are more trees on the property, e.g. hazel,
apple, lime/linden, etc.
Originally, the two bungalows were model/show houses for a project that has
never been realized. Owing to the fact that property prices are very high
in that region, the two houses are almost a present for the one who buys
the property.
Basically, there is no need for renovation, only cleaning up and moving in.
With little effort, you can adjust this little plot of land to your
individual taste. There is lots of space for creative gardening,
sustainable living or whatever you have in mind for it.
