House in granite from the beginning of the 20th century, completely rebuilt
in 2005 with a simple and bold architecture project.
Natural materials, shale and wood were favored, and existing ones were
revalued.
The main façade has respected the original house moth, but the rear facade
opted for the introduction of glass and aluminum, facilitators of a
harmonious connection of continuity and visibility between the living area
and the garden outside.
The interior spaces are bright, with a great variety of size, amplitude and
versatility, equipped with a large number of built-in cabinets, allowing
the three floors to communicate with each other in a captivating, fluid and
functional way.
Old but modern, it is located in an urban area with good access to
services, schools and transport, allowing you to enjoy both the comfort and
advantages of the city as well as the tranquility and pleasures of the
countryside.
