For sale in the countryside of Martina Franca, a beautiful complex of trulli and lamie entirely built of stone. The buildings are divided into three parts:

The described buildings have been preserved in excellent structural condition, but require sanitary modifications, a new electrical system, doors, windows and floors. After renovation, the complex could accommodate up to two small, independent apartments or a large house. It is possible to build an extension to the existing buildings and create an in-ground swimming pool of 40 m² (by applying for a building permit).
