The Chalet is situated in the Natural Reservation named Poiana Craiului- National Park, surrounded by impressive heights and valleys, next to a beautiful natural cave Dambovicioara and not too far from Dracula Castle in Bran. It has a perfect position between the forest and the spring that offers you the unique opportunity that neither the neighbor nor a foreign tourist group can disturb you and your family. The road is good allowing you to have access with any kind of car, all year to this propriety which sits at 900m above sea level. The Chalet will be sold fully furnished and equipped, decorated with a lot of original high qualities leather and wood lighting elements and hunting trophies! The Chalets can be heated with a royal wood burning fireplace covered in beautiful river stones or with infrared ceramic heaters. When is necessary and desired, we can provide for our potential clients, car with driver from Bucharest International Airport to the Chalet and back. Currently a new Airport-Brasov is under construction, only 60 km distance from Chalet. This means this Propriety will be even more accessible and a very good investment in terms of increasing value over the next decade.
